Camp Victoria is a Christian wilderness retreat dedicated to personal growth, spiritual renewal, and deep connection with others and nature. Located in the heart of Hwedza’s Shaka Hills, just 50km south of Marondera, we provide a sanctuary where faith meets adventure, and every visitor becomes part of a bigger purpose.

Camp Victoria was born out of a heartfelt desire to create a sacred space where people can disconnect from the chaos of daily life and reconnect with God, community, and creation. What began as a humble gathering space for prayer and discipline camps has grown into a fully equipped, values-driven wilderness experience. From the beginning, we’ve been anchored in faith and committed to raising up individuals who embody strength, kindness, and purpose.
Humble Beginnings: Starting with just a few tents and a handful of families, our first gatherings focused solely on prayer, worship, and restoration.
Faith in Action: As demand grew, we added structured programs including Discipline Camps and Church Group Retreats.
Built by Community: Volunteers, donors, and local partners helped build core facilities like the worship area, obstacle course, and kitchen.
Purposeful Growth: Today, Camp Victoria offers specialized camps for youth, families, and couples — all anchored in the same mission that started it all.
